Our range of products includes a wide selection of human leg and foot models that depict lifelike images of bones with or without muscles. You can also find life-size training legs with realistic artificial skin as well as three-dimensional anatomical models with replicas of important ligaments, tendons and vascular systems. You will also find particularly clear enlargements of individual joints. Furthermore, modern training leg models are offered for training prospective doctors and paramedics, on which wound care and bandage techniques can be practiced.
Anatomical Leg & Foot Models
Depending on the product, the leg and foot models we offer show the structure of the musculoskeletal system, blood vessels and nerves - for example, as a plastic model in cross-section. Corresponding leg and foot models are available for three-dimensional representations of various diseases, as well as malformations, malpositions or signs of wear and tear. These include, among other things, foot models that are open and provide insight into bones, joints, ligaments, as well as fat and muscle tissue. We also offer bone models that simulate diseases such as osteoporosis, arthritis or joint cartilage damage.
Realistic Training Leg Models
Modern training legs or suture legs are often movable and have an artificial skin covering, as well as muscular and bony structures that can be felt underneath. The artificial covering simulates the appearance and strength of human skin. For practice purposes, the artificial skin can be punctured, incised and sewn like real skin. Depending on the model, the training legs or suture training legs are suitable for practicing subcutaneous and intramuscular injections, various suturing techniques, suture removal and drain insertion.
